Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energizing style of yoga where students connect breath (pranayanama) with movement (asanas) to flow from one pose to another.  “Vinyasa” specifically means “flow” or “to move without resistance”.   Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga incorporates the physical elements of balance, strength, and flexibility with the mental goals of stillness and stamina, concentration and control in one discipline.   Our studio is equipped with Infared Heating Panels;  the radiant heat released from these panels provides a therapeutic, deep penetrating, detoxifying form of heat which expels toxins, heavy metals and pollutants from the body, eases joint pain and stiffness, relaxes muscles and increases flexibility, improves the immune system and reduces stress and fatigue .   Infared heat promotes a stronger immune system, cardiovascular health, and speeds up the healing process in soft tissue injuries.
