Flex Yoga is a RYS (Registered Yoga School) through Yoga Alliance.




Flex Yoga’s 2017 teacher training program will be broken into two segments: segment 1 and segment 2. There are two options for segment one and you may choose to attend either one: a one week immersion, or a set of three weekends. There is currently one offering for segment 2.

Students may choose their own pace to complete their RYT-200 hour training. By signing up for one segment at a time, or for both, you can create a schedule that works for your life! You have up to three years to complete both segments to receive your RYT-200, or you can do it within the same year (recommended).

$3000 if you sign up for both segments in the same year.

$1600 per segment when signing up separately.

DEPOSIT: $300 non-refundable deposit required upon registration which will be applied toward tuition. Balance due by first day of your selected Segment.

*Options for Segments One and Two 2018 coming soon. We will offer a minimum of one scheduling per segment each year. Scheduling is up to Flex Yoga’s discretion.

Flex Yoga’s 200 hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Teacher Training Program is designed to take you from your mat to the front of the yoga room confident with the skills needed to teach a carefully crafted Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. The Flex Yoga Teacher Training program emphasizes anatomy, alignment, assists and modifications for each of the carefully selected asanas in our Power Flow sequence. In addition, a portion of our training will be dedicated to unleashing the power and voice within each of our trainees so that each individual leaves the training ready to teach a specific yet personalized version of the Flex Yoga Power Flow sequence. We believe that each teacher leads best when they teach from a solid foundation that includes education in Pranayama, meditation, mantra, Yoga Philosophy, Ethics, Anatomy and alignment yet allows each individual to teach from a place of authenticity and creativity. Finding your “inner voice” can be a life changing experience, and each member on our team of trainees is fully dedicated to leading each and every student down this road with careful guidance and support. Emily, Andy and Annie have each dedicated themselves to a yoga lifestyle which includes a consistent daily yoga practice and passionately believe in the transformative powers of yoga.

Whether you are interested in deepening your own personal practice, teaching part time or becoming a full time yoga instructor, you will leave this training with the skills needed to take your practice and/or your teaching to the next level.
