Restorative/Yin Sound Bath and Reiki

Immerse yourself in a sensational experience with restorative and yin yoga poses while relaxing to the sounds of crystal singing bowls with Jody Dean and reiki with Deborah Galaz. Allow the trifecta of yoga, sound, and reiki to center, calm and soothe you. Each participant can expect 2-4 minutes of hands on experience depending on the size of the class.
