Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
Heather Higgins Scrimo will be leading four introduction to barre classes this summer!
Classes are extended to an hour, so you can spend time learning and mastering positions and modifications that will help you get the full benefit of a Barre class. If you’ve been attending class for a while, or are totally new, you will learn how to get the MOST out of your Barre experience.
You do not need to attend each class in this session to get a great introduction to Barre, but it is recommended (a discounted price is offered for those who purchase the entire series).
